1. Purpose
These terms govern sales made via the website www.chrom-x3.com and its customers.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are non-contractual: certain 3D renderings or previews may differ slightly from the final product, particularly in terms of texture or finish.
3. Orders
Any confirmed order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, excluding shipping costs. VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
5. Payement
Payments are secured and processed via the providers offered at checkout.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Shipping times are provided for information only. Preparation time may vary depending on order volume, especially during busy periods. CHROM-X3 cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. We currently only ship within the European Union.
7. Right of Withdrawl
In accordance with European regulations, customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. See our return policy for full conditions.
8. Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be approved in advance via our contact form. Items must be returned intact, unworn, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as earrings and lip cuffs, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are non-refundable.
9. Warranty
In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is invited to contact us via the contact form, attaching photos of the item and packaging.
10. Liability
CHROM-X3 cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages related to the purchase of a product. Some items may contain sharp or protruding elements and must be handled with care. The user is solely responsible for the use and handling of the products. CHROM-X3 disclaims all liability in the event of injury, material damage, or other incident resulting from inappropriate, dangerous, or improper use of the products.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Paris, France.
