Return and Refund Policy
We place great importance on your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-approved through our contact form. Any unauthorized return will not be processed.
Please do not send goods freight collect. Returns must be sent as prepaid packages to the specified return address, and we recommend keeping the shipping receipt as proof.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever occurs first.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, ear cuffs (EAR) and lip cuffs (LCF) cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused or unopened.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly via our contact form. Include a photo of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period. Once we are informed, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. The return deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of this 14-day window. You are only responsible for any loss in value if the product has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and we have received the item(s) back in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, processing times may vary. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us through our contact form.
